Read a book, attend an intro night, take a class, get your Bars run, schedule a private session...contact us, we would love to work with you. As Licensed Access Facilitators, we create events and classes to fit just about anyone’s schedule. We will even travel to a location to facilitate consciousness.

When you are ready, the best way to start is to learn The Bars. The Bars are a bodywork process utilizing 32 points on the head to release the body-held aspects of all the decisions, conclusions, judgments, thoughts, feelings and emotions that we have acquired and stored throughout this lifetime and perhaps others. Learn The Bars and you will have a skill that you can use throughout your life, on your friends, your loved ones, even yourself.

Foundation is the next class in the series in which you will delve deeper into the tools, techniques and processes of Access, all the while clearing out the energetic closets of your life. You will also learn another Access bodywork process called “Cellular Memory”.

Level One is the third class with even deeper clearings and additional bodywork processes. Taking all three classes together will produce a profound change in the way you approach your life.

All this leads to attending one of the advanced classes facilitated together or separately by founder Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer. Level Two and Level Three, the Costa Rica Intensives, free-style classes with a specific focus, all will help to free you to create the life you have always known was possible.
